BlueCrown’s Real Estate Acquisitions organization drives the growth of our portfolio through sourcing, evaluating, and executing high-value commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset classes. Our team operates at the intersection of investment strategy, capital markets, and relationship management, serving as a key driver of the firm’s long-term performance. Our acquisitions team is, in many ways, the face of BlueCrown to our largest partners.
In this role, you will develop and leverage relationships with leading banks, lenders, institutional investors, property owners, and strategic partners to originate and execute commercial real estate investment opportunities across your region. You will partner internally and externally to formulate, present, and implement strategies to grow the investment platform, leveraging your deep understanding of commercial real estate, capital markets, and relationship management to respond to new market challenges, address risks, maximize opportunities, and create momentum.
Through your deep relationship-building skills and passion for solution-based investing, you will facilitate interactions, structure transactions, and negotiate deals across acquisitions, financing, and investment opportunities. You will apply expertise in commercial real estate, capital structuring, underwriting, and risk assessment to drive investment performance, deploy capital efficiently, and build a high-quality, diversified portfolio.
This is a remote or hybrid role with approximately 25% domestic travel.

Description
- Build and manage a diversified pipeline of commercial real estate investment opportunities across multiple asset classes.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute acquisitions, refinancing’s, and dispositions in alignment with portfolio strategy and investment objectives.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with banks, lenders, institutional investors, brokers, property owners, and strategic partners.
- Lead underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence, and investment committee presentations to support investment decision-making.
- Structure debt and equity financing strategies that optimize returns while balancing risk and capital efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with fundraising, analyst, legal, finance, operations, and asset management teams to ensure seamless execution and portfolio integration.
- Identify new investment opportunities, define acquisition strategies, outline negotiation approaches, and execute transactions to achieve annual investment objectives.
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitive dynamics to identify emerging investment opportunities.
- Implement risk management strategies throughout the acquisition and asset management lifecycle.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand sourcing channels and investment opportunities.
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline reporting, and post-investment performance analysis to support portfolio optimization and investor reporting.
- Facilitate negotiations and support the drafting of transaction documentation to ensure successful closings.
- Build strategic relationships across the commercial real estate ecosystem to enhance sourcing and execution capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Strong solution-based investing, business development, and relationship management skills, with experience structuring commercial real estate acquisition and financing solutions aligned with portfolio objectives.
Demonstrated experience sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and executing commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset classes.
Strong understanding of capital structuring, financing strategies, due diligence, investment analysis, and risk management.
Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships and drive investment activity through strategic partnerships.
Expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, market evaluation, and transaction execution.
Strong negotiator, communicator, and presenter with the ability to influence stakeholders across organizations.
Experience leading complex transactions and agreements in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, execute independently, and drive results under pressure.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Pay & Benefits
The firm offers a highly competitive compensation structure designed to reward performance, commercial impact, and long-term growth. Base salary is expected to range from $175,000–$250,000, with significant upside potential through discretionary incentive compensation and performance-based awards.
Total annual compensation may range from $600,000–$1mm+, depending on individual performance, transaction activity, and overall business results. Eligible employees may receive performance-based equity awards that vest upon achievement of defined company objectives and individual performance milestones.
In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for a discretionary, performance-based incentive program, which may include:
- A performance bonus tied to individual, team, and fund performance;
- An asset-level incentive component based on income generated from acquired and managed properties; and
- A long-term incentive component tied to realized gains upon the disposition of investment assets.
